What are the estimated delivery times?

The delivery time depends on the country of order, where it is to be sent and the type of product. You can always contact us about the accurate delivery times.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by the most appropriate provider of your country. When ordering, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your order and see by whom it will be delivered.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is free when delivered in Europe. Outside of Europe shipping fee depends on size, weight and country. You can ask for a specific quotation of your country doesn't fall under our standard shipping region.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it. Please login to your account for and check the status of your order.

Can I return my order?

Orders may be returned. You have 14 days to cancel your order, then you have another 14 days to return the order (possibly with compensation for loss of value by the customer).
