Cancel order
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Barrelkings, Daalderweg 20, 1507 DT Zaandam, [email protected], telephone number: +31 (0) 75 – 207 3027) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which, however, is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must promptly refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (excluding any additional charges resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse refunds until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. Only the cost of return transportation from your home to the store is your responsibility. This cost is about 10 euros per package; you can find the exact rates on your shipping company’s website.
